  • 2 medium pears, peeled, cored, and cut into small chunks
  • ½ mango, peeled, seeded, and cut into small chunks
  • 1⁄3 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1⁄3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • lime juice to taste
  • salt to taste

How to make Pear Mango Salsa Snack
